Pro is billed through Shopify at $15/month after the seven-day trial. Development-store subscriptions are created as Shopify test charges when the app and store are eligible, and Shopify labels the subscription accordingly.

Start a Pro trial

  1. 1

    Open billing

In Blind Spot Monitor, open Plans & billing and select Start 7-day Pro trial.

  2. 2

    Approve in Shopify

Shopify shows the subscription terms outside the embedded app. Review the amount and test-charge label, then approve or decline there.

  3. 3

    Confirm the return

After approval, Shopify returns you to Blind Spot Monitor. Plans & billing should show Pro as the current plan and the upgraded limits should be active.

Shopify owns charge approval

Blind Spot cannot activate a paid entitlement until Shopify approves the subscription. Closing or declining Shopify's approval screen leaves the current plan unchanged.

Downgrade safely

Downgrading keeps monitor configuration and historical evidence. If more than five monitors exist, choose which five stay active on Free; the remaining monitors are retained but locked until the account upgrades again.

After a plan change, confirm both the Current plan label and the active-monitor count. If the screen does not refresh, reopen the app from Shopify Admin before repeating the action.

Billing support

When contacting support, include the store domain, approximate approval time, and the diagnostic build identifier. Do not send billing-session URLs, Shopify cookies, or access tokens.
